We recently used this flooring company for my parents’ home. They chose Karndean flooring, and the company provided great customer service throughout. They also recommended a fitter, Chris Henry, who turned out to be exceptional. He is one of the best tradespeople we’ve ever experienced - incredibly hardworking, tidy, considerate, polite, and highly skilled. He offered thoughtful advice on design, fitting, and aftercare, and took real pride in his work. The areas were particularly tricky to level, which is why this flooring company specifically recommended Chris, and he handled that expertly. He also ensured exactly the right amount of flooring was ordered, meaning there was no waste, and he worked across dates that fitted well with us. The results are fantastic - the flooring has completely transformed the rooms where it was fitted and feels great underfoot. My parents are delighted with the outcome and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both the flooring company and Chris Henry.

Laura in the showroom was so helpful once I had decided on my choice of flooring. She came to measure the hallway as it was a heritage design and she put me in touch with my fitterJoe, and from then on everything went like clockwork. the finished result is beautiful and I can only recommend the work The Flooring Studio team put in. An excellent experience. Laura provided very professional advice and a speedy quotation. The fitters, Glenn and Nick, were brilliant, they worked quickly and quietly and showed great respect for the fact that they were working in our home and not on a building site. They were very tidy, closed doors and didn't even accept an offer of tea - indeed I'm not sure if they took any breaks! I am thrilled with the end result, the floor is expertly fitted and the kitchen looks so much cleaner and brighter. I love the Karndean it looks just like ceramic tiles! Thoroughly recommend this company.

Extremely professional and friendly service throughout. Everyone we spoke to was so helpful and patient. Laura came out to the house a few times to make sure all was in order before the floor was laid. She also arranged for Marcus the fitter to come and install an extra screed long before the Karndean tiles could be laid, following a poor job done by our original builder. Marcus was wonderful throughout, couldn't be more helpful and did a superb job, taking so much care. We are thrilled with the end result and would highly recommend the Flooring Studio!
